We're very glad you stopped by!! We are a large equestrian facility located just outside of beautiful Denver, Colorado.

With the gorgeous Rocky Mountains to the west, miles of trails to ride, indoor and outdoor arenas, an on-site race track, and spacious barns, it's easy to see why we are so proud to call TYR "home."

Here at The Yellow Rose we strive to breed the finest horses possible. We focus not only on sound bodies, but on sound minds as well. In doing so, you can be assured the foals bred here will excel in any discipline they choose to pursue.

We primarily raise Arabians and Quarter Horses, but you will find a few other breeds in our stock, including several Thoroughbreds, Appaloosas, and even a Friesian. Here at TYR, we are very interested in colored horses. A large portion of our breeding program is devoted for studying color genetics in order to produce beautifully colored horses. Our horses compete in everything from Jumpers to Western Pleasure, with a primary focus on all western disciplines. Also, we have a modest Racing Division which includes some great fillies and colts making their debutes on the track.

TYR is now open to public boarders. Make sure you take a look at our boarding plans when choosing that "perfect" place for you and your horses. We would love to add you to our "family"

TYR is also now a licensed breeding barn. If you are interested in using any of our horses for stud or brood, please contact us. We would be more than happy to discuss breeding options to help you find a horse that best fits your needs.
